All reservations are “Book & Buy” meaning, confirmed reservations will have to be paid in advance in the chosen mode of payment for the duration of the confirmed number of nights.
In case of a “No Show”, a one-night equivalent will be charged. A residence not occupied by 10:00 PM is deemed a “No Show” unless prior arrangements were made.
Guests may cancel their reservations at least three (3) days before the arrival date without penalty, and guests should notify the property via email or phone.
Cancellations made two (2) days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to a one-night rate. Cancellations made a day before the arrival date will be subject to a 100% forfeiture of the total amount paid for the reservations. Stays during peak periods or special events will require a longer cancellation period and will be specified at the time of booking.
Force majeure cancellations are free. However, in the case of proven deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the Management.
