By accessing or using the Human Atlas mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
 
2. Nature of Services
  • The App provides wellness, lifestyle, and health-related insights based on:
  • Data from connected devices (e.g., NexRing, smart scales)
  • User-provided information
  • Algorithmic and AI-assisted analysis
These outputs are informational and educational only.
 
3. No Medical Advice / No Physician-Patient Relationship
  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Use of the App does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Human Atlas or any of its affiliates.
  • You agree to consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
4. AI & Digital Twin Disclaimer
The App may use artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and digital twin modeling to generate insights.
You acknowledge that:
  • Outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate
  • Results may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect
  • The App should not be relied upon for clinical decision-making
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You will not misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
6. Health Data Consent
By using the App and connecting devices, you provide explicit consent for Human Atlas to:
  • Collect, process, and analyze health and wellness data
  • Store uploaded files (including medical records and images)
  • Generate insights using automated systems and AI tools
This includes sensitive personal information under applicable laws.
 
7. Device Integration
The App integrates with third-party devices. Human Atlas:
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of device data
  • Is not responsible for device malfunction or errors
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Human Atlas shall not be liable for:
  • Any health outcomes resulting from the use of the App
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data or insights
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the App is at your own risk.
 
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Human Atlas and its affiliates from any claims arising from:
  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Reliance on App-generated insight
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Pose security risks
  • Engage in misuse or fraudulent activity
11. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the App.
 
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
 
13. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these Terms.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
